Booking & Arrival

Customer must provide accurate address and contact information.
Foam Party SWFL, LLC generally arrives 1 hour prior to the scheduled event start time for setup.
Customer should have the event area accessible upon arrival.
Event time begins at the scheduled start time listed on the reservation.
Delays caused by client do not automatically extend the event and time.
If an event is delayed more than 30 minutes due to client related circumstances, Foam Party SWFL, LLC reserves the right to shorten the event, assess additional fees, or reschedule the event based on scheduling availability.

Weather Policy

Foam parties may operate in light rain.
Severe weather, lightning, high winds, or unsafe conditions may require postponement or cancellation.
Rescheduling due to unsafe weather will be accommodated whenever possible.
Final weather-related safety decisions are made at the discretion of Foam Party SWFL, LLC

Water & Power Requirements

Customer must provide access to a standard water hose connection within 75 feet.
Customer must provide access to a standard electrical outlet within 75 feet.
If these requirements cannot be met, additional fees or accommodations may be required.

Foam Safety

Our foam solution is biodegradable, non-toxic, and generally safe for children, pets, and grass when used as directed.
Participants should avoid intentionally ingesting foam.
Customer is responsible for supervising children and guests during the event.

Pet Parties

Pets must remain under owner supervision at all times.
Foam Party SWFL, LLC reserves the right to discontinue participation of any animal displaying aggressive behavior.

Photography & Social Media

Foam Party SWFL, LLC may take photos and videos during events for promotional and social media purposes. If you do not wish for photos or videos of your event to be used, please notify us in writing before the event begins.

Payments & Refunds

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date & time.
Remaining balance due on or before the event date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of deposits and additional fees.
Weather-related postponements will be accommodated whenever possible at no additional charge.
Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date at the discretion of Foam Party SWFL, LLC - we understand life happens.

Right to Refuse Service

Foam Party SWFL, LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service due to unsafe conditions, threatening behavior, illegal activity, or situations that may endanger guests, operators, equipment, or property. No refunds will be issued for events terminated due to violations of these policies.

Surface Requirements

Foam parties are best suited for grass, turf, concrete, pool decks, and similar outdoor surfaces. Customer is responsible for ensuring the event area is free of hazards that may cause slips, trips, falls, or equipment damage.

Foam Party SWFL, LLC will not intentionally direct foam into swimming pools, ponds, lakes, retention ponds, or other bodies of water. Customers requesting setup near water features acknowledge that some foam drift may occur due to wind or environmental conditions.

Foam Party SWFL reserves the right to adjust equipment placement to maintain a safe event environment.

Foam Party SWFL, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing property damage or damage caused by conditions outside of our control.

Foam Safety

Foam Party SWFL, LLC is not responsible for injuries resulting from horseplay, running, diving, roughhousing, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Supervision of Children

The client and/or designated supervising adults are responsible for supervising all participants throughout the event. Foam Party SWFL, LLC provides entertainment services and is not responsible for participant supervision.

No-Show Policy

Our team will generally arrive at the scheduled event location approximately 1hour prior to start time of the event. Arrival times may vary depending on staffing. If no responsible party is present or we are unable to access the event location, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the client using the phone number(s) provided at booking.

If we are unable to reach the client within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the event will be considered a no-show.

Foam Party SWFL, LLC may offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule the event at our discretion, subject to availability. The client must contact us and schedule the replacement event within 30 days of the original event date.

If a new event is not scheduled within 30 days of the original booking date, all payments made will be forfeited, the booking will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.

No shows are not eligible for refunds.
